A resident is only allowed 4 animals on their property.

2. Do my animals have to be vaccinated?

Yes, all animals must have current state required vaccinations. They should also be registered with the city annually.

Pleas are accepted in person or by mail (when signature is notarized) from the person who received the citation or by their legal representative on or before the appearance date stated on their citation.

An application for services must be filled out and must have a copy of drivers license. A deposit is required.

- Inside of Brazoria: Must request burning permit though City Hall 24 hours in advance of burn and follow Brazoria County Guidelines.
- Outside of Brazoria: Must contact Brazoria County Fire Marshall office and follow Brazoria County Guidelines.
